Our Mission

To bring more connection and peace to the experience of living and dying in Western New York.

Our Vision

A tight-knit community where we don’t miss the chance to live our most precious moments the way we wish we would have.

Our Story

A Storied Life was founded to bring neighbors together to prepare both informationally and spiritually for death, well before their time comes. The organization provides a safe, brave space for inddividuals to share their stories and truly listen to one another, fostering connection and peace that extends into families, communities, and the healthcare system.

We invite community members to gather in person, before facing a health crisis or terminal diagnosis, to engage in this important topic that many prefer to avoid. By sharing resources, encouraging conversations, and practicing storylistening, we help ensure that when our time comes, we are more prepared to live that time in alignment with our values.
